Decotec Printing S.A.U. was founded in 1996 in Tordera, Barcelona, Spain. The company provides solutions for the décor industry by designing and printing decorative paper for use in melamine resins, board coating, plastic laminates and laminate flooring. Decotec offers its products in Spain and in the international markets.

The synergies obtained from the alliance with Toppan, a leader in the global printing industry, will reinforce Decotec’s market position by allowing the transfer of knowledge and technology for research and development of products and services. The change in Decotec’s shareholder composition announced on July 26th will not affect the company’s structures or distract it from its diversification and growth objectives.
