BRAZIL – Eucatex reported total net revenue of BRL 798.3 million in 3Q-2025, a 3.1% increase compared to BRL 774.4 million in 3Q-2024, according to the company’s quarterly report.

For the January–September 2025 period, total sales rose 10.6% year-on-year, totaling BRL 2,327.1 million.

In the Furniture Industry and Resale segment—which includes MDP, MDF, THDF panels, and fiberboard—sales grew 9.5% in 3Q-2025, mainly due to price adjustments and an improved product mix, which offset lower volumes in some categories. For the first nine months of 2025, the segment posted a 9.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

EBITDA reached BRL 191.8 million in 3Q-2025, up 26.8% year-over-year, while for the nine-month period it totaled BRL 564.8 million, a 32.8% rise from 2024. The EBITDA margin improved to 24.0%, representing an increase of 4.5 percentage points compared to 3Q-2024.

Net profit in 3Q-2025 amounted to BRL 84.3 million, up 64.6% compared to the same quarter last year. Cumulatively, net profit rose 53.7% year-on-year, reaching BRL 273.4 million for the first nine months of 2025.
