BRAZIL – Reaffirming its leading position in the domestic market, Duratex has just received another recognition: the company is one of the winners of the ranking “The Best of Dinheiro 2016” published by Istoe Dinheiro magazine. 

In its seventh edition, the initiative recognizes the 500 companies that stand out on the national scene, from an evaluation that takes into account financial, management and sustainability aspects. Duratex obtained first place in the “Building and Decoration Materials” category.

“Once again, we were chosen as the best company in the sector by the ranking. This is a significant recognition that reflects the commitment of all our employees to act in an increasingly strategic way in the market” according to Antonio Joaquim, CEO of Duratex. The annual ceremony “The Best of Dinheiro 2016” took place on Thursday, September 22, in São Paulo. Alvaro Castro Penteado, financial manager of Duratex, received the award for the company.
