BRAZIL – Inspired by the showrooms of furniture manufacturers in the region of the furniture hub of Bento Gonçalves (RS), Impress Decor prepares a totally interactive and innovative experience during FIMMA Brazil 2019.

825IMPRESS1Present in the last five editions of the event and betting on creative actions to present its surfaces solutions for furniture, this year the company goes even further and takes its products beyond the event park with the Impress ‘Lab Store’ – a concept store designed especially for the occasion.

Referring to a typical pop up store, Impress opted to take its action to a commercial spot located in a privileged position linking the heart of the city of Rio Grande do Sul to FIMMA. To make the dynamics even closer to a real store experience, the space will feature “changing rooms”, “check-out stations” and many other features related to the fashion and lifestyle universe.

In addition to the experience, the Lab Store will be divided into departments that celebrate different lifestyles and reaffirm the company’s commitment to develop versatile and product without predetermined labels. “The tendency now is to follow our personality. The same pattern can make sense in the most varied environments, depending on individual tastes, needs and references. Even in the traditional or the basic it can become extraordinary in a creative project. Just like our lives, the design movements should not be pre-defined either,” says Impress Decor Brazil marketing and design manager, Alexandre Chiquiloff.

The action is part of the company’s new concept for 2019: Impress Lab. The term is an abbreviation of the term laboratory – a place where professionals from different areas come together to carry out projects in a collaborative and assertive way. And that is precisely the purpose of the Lab Store. Providing an alternative space for customers, the store is configured as an environment for experimentation and integration, where it is possible to explore new needs, perform tests, share information for new approaches and designs.

In addition to the company’s customers, the Lab Store will be open to all professionals in the furniture industry, panel manufacturers, designers, architects, specifiers, students, journalists and others interested in the area. The Lab Sore doors will open in two cycles, one from March 19-21 (a week before FIMMA) in order to accommodate local professionals and a second one to run from March 26 to 28, both from 10am to 8pm at Visconde de São Gabriel, 196, Bento Gonçalves (RS).
