GERMANY – China’s Wanhua Industrial Group and Guangxi Hengxian Xin Weilin have each ordered new wood-based panels plants from German Dieffenbacher.

ITALY – The traditional Inside Biesse event will be held at corporate headquarters in Pesaro, Italy from Thursday October 19 to Saturday October 21.

ITALY – Thanks to the excellent results obtained in the first half of this year, SCM is likely to exceed the targets set at the beginning of this year.

SPAIN – Homag, the world leader in the manufacture of machinery for the carpentry and furniture industries, will be in the next edition of FIMMA-Maderalia with a large format stand, tripling the exhibition area the company had in the 2016 edition.

ITALY – In the first six months of 2017 the Biesse Group’s sales amounted to EUR 331.2 million, up 16.9%, compared to the same prior-year period when they reached EUR 283.4 million.

GERMANY –  Kronospan, the worlds largest wooden panel manufacturer,  plans on investing EUR 330 million at its Sanem site in Luxembourg over the next four years.

GERMANY – The Homag Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of machinery and systems for the woodworking industry, recorded strong demand for its products and solutions in the first half of 2017 as incoming orders increased by 33 percent to € 734 million (6M-2016: € 552 million). 

U.S. – SCM group is celebrating the results achieved at the AWFS Fair, the largest North American show for woodworking machine manufacturers on the West Coast that has just ended in Las Vegas, Nevada. On top of the interest generated by its products, the company’s Lean Robot Cell 4.0 won the Visionary New Product Award in the Industry 4.0 category.

U.S. – Finland’s Raute Corporation has received an order worth over EUR 11 million for an LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) layup line for Roseburg Forest Products, Inc. (RFP) of Roseburg, Oregon, USA.

GERMANY – The first half of 2017 was eventful and extremely successful for Dieffenbacher global leader in the production of wooden panel manufacturing plants. Orders for six wood-based panel plants already ensured well-filled order books before the Ligna trade fair in May. By the end of the second quarter, three additional projects were booked.

ALGERIA – The Algerian family-owned company Panneaux d‘Algérie has commissioned Dieffenbacher SWPM to deliver a complete system for producing MDF panels at its site in El Tarf in the far northeast of the country. 

U.S. – The IMA Schelling Group and Barbaric announced a sales partnership that will bring customized and innovative material handling solutions to customers.
