ARGENTINA – From September 28 to October 1 at the Córdoba Trade Fair Complex, EstiloCASA will open its doors. This habitat tradeshow is aimed at an expert audience of which about ten thousand attendees are expected.

BRAZIL – The second edition of HIGH DESIGN – Home & Office Expo took place from August 8 -10, at São Paulo Expo as an anchor event of the DW! São Paulo Design Weekend.

ARGENTINA – The 12th edition of the International Furniture Fair (FIMAR) held in Buenos Aires from August 23 to 26, recognized the sector’s trend setters and their products, for their outstanding design, creativity and innovation.

BRAZIL – Sindmóveis Bento Gonçalves is counting down to the second HIGH DESIGN – Home & Office Expo, the tradefair that is continuing Casa Brasil in São Paulo. 

CHILE – Masisa Chile recently opened the doors of its “Masisa Design Center”. This is an exhibition space for applied products, where the company offers advice for furniture and interior architecture projects and operates as a connection point between Masisa and its clients.

GERMANY – The Catalan decorative surface printer Lamigraf presented at the Interzum fair in Cologne 15 décors and 5 new unicolors under the concept Décor Trends 17/18. 

BRAZIL – From March 28 to 30 in Bento Gonçalves (RS) Schattdecor offered an event fot its customers and partners. During the three days of the exhibition, the décor manufacturer led the conversation about new technologies, designs and trends for 2017.

COLOMBIA – For two days Bogotá will be the setting for News 2017, the launch event for the new lines of the Austrian manufacturer of wood products Kaindl. 

REGION – Masisa, through several of its subsidiaries in Latin America, carried out during the month of March the launch of new melamine designs. 

ITALY – More than 343,600 people from 165 countries attended the 56th edition of the Salone del Mobile that took place from April 4 – 9 in Milan. The figures confirm the positive trend evidenced in the Salone del Mobile and the biennial Euroluce and Workplace3.0 pavilions, marking a 10% increase on the 2015 edition, the last time the lighting and workplace biennials were held.

GERMANY – The German Design Award 2017 took place in Frankfurt on the 10th February. The wood-based materials manufacturer Egger received a “Special Mention” in the category “Materials and Surfaces” for the new surface ST76 Matex Rough Matt, and another for the Doppia Black-Gold furniture edge.

ITALY – With just over a month to go until the opening of its 56th edition, the Salone del Mobile.Milano is the sector’s acknowledged showcase for excellence and quality.
