Ace Hardware enters new market in July as it opens store in Asuncion, Paraguay.

On Monday June 1 Sodimac opened its first store in Brazil, located in Tamboré, metropolitan region of Sao Paulo. This is the first store of the Chilean chain Sodimac of the Homecenter Constructor format in Brazilian territory.

Homecenter Sodimac Girardot, Colombia opened its doors on April 30th, 2015. The construction includes Homecenter and formats, and has 6,000 m2 of retail space (Homecenter 4,500 m2 and Constructor 1,500 m2).

Imperial, part of the Sodimac Group opened on March 2015 a new store in Puerto Montt, Chile.

The new store, which opened on April 23, is located in the district of Coronel, in the Bío-Bío region and has a sales area of approximately 9,300 m2. It is the 86th home improvement store of the Falabella Group in Chile, and the 244th in the region.

From the March 16 La Rioja has a new Placacentro. The network of specialized stores for carpenters and furniture manufacturers has over 330 stores in 11 Latin American countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

On 26 March Tugo opened a new store in the city of Cali, at Ave. 6 Norte #48-33. With this opening the Tugo network in Colombia is made up of 8 large format stores and 2 Tugo Projectsoutlets, a business unit focused on the institutional sector.

On March 26, 2015Sodimac opened its first store in Uruguay. This opening marks the entry of the home improvement chain to Uruguay. Sodimac is also present in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina and Brazil.

Colombian Kitchen manufacturer Socoda opened on March 16th a new outlet in Barranquilla, located at Carrera 43 # 69E-53.

January 6, 2015 – Falabella Group announced the opening of a new Sodimac store in Peru, reaching a total of 57 home improvement stores in the country and 241 in the region. Sales Area: 7,800 m2

November 21, 2014 – With this opening the chain completes 58 stores in the country and the Falabella Group completes 238 home improvement stores in the region.
