768BARBERAN1Barberán’s offer at Feria Valencia from February 6 to 9 includes machinery with new features to achieve surface finishes of the highest quality and best cost-effectiveness. Also on show will be live demos of state-of-the-art industrial solutions, as well as advanced technical developments in lamination, wrapping, coating and single pass digital printing.

On display in Valencia will be their Compact Line HG, a compact laminator capable of achieving outstanding quality high gloss finishes, overlaying any type of transparent or decorative foil (paper, PVC, PET, PP, etc.) on any type of surface. Also on show will be the Inert Calender high gloss coating system, which applies, smoothens and encapsulates the product, preventing the particles from penetrating the surface and resulting in a soft surface with a high gloss finish.

In the area of wrapping, the profile wrapping line PUR 33 will be in operation with automatic tool changing system and speed up to 60 m/min. This wrapping line is designed for gluing and overlaying paper or PVC foil on MDF, PB and other wood derivatives profiles with an application width up to 330mm.

Barberan’s digital printing will be represented by the Jetmaster 630 for panels which will be in operation for demonstration. This is a UV single pass printer, which prints boards without contacting their surface, and at a print speed of 55 m/min. Barberán’s Single-Pass digital printers allow for industrial printing on wooden panels, and are in operation in more than 30 production facilities worldwide.
