CHINA – Nanning Shuixin Ketien based in Lanzhou, northwest China, a global supplier of home furnishings and water-based paints, has decided to venture into the production of wood panels by signing a contract for the supply of a particleboard manufacturing line with the German Siemplekamp group.

The contract, signed in the course of the third quarter, includes the front end with crushing plants, sieves / screens and gluing, the forming and pressing line with a ContiRoll in the format 8 ft x 30.5 meters, the cooling / stacking system and a storage system.

Nanning Shuixin Ketien aims to penetrate new markets in the wood board segment with this first plant at its Wuming plant in Guangxi province where it currently produces wood parts and furniture. The particleboard production line will be installed from May 2018 and start-up is scheduled for October 2018.
