CANADA – Novacap, a Canadian investment management company, announced a partnership with furniture manufacturer Bestar Inc.

Headquartered in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, Bestar is a leading manufacturer of ready-to-assemble home and office furniture primarily sold online in Canada and the United States. The company was founded in 1948 and currently employs over 150 people. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
