GERMANY – Holhzer, one of the leading global manufacturers of woodworking machinery, has recently introduced to the world market GluJet, its solution for “Zero Joint” edge banding quality with the use of PUR adhesives. 

In Holhzer’s Lumina edgebander series the new GluJet unit for edge to board bonding comes as standard allowing PUR or traditional hot melt processing in granulate or stick. The GluJet unit’s main benefit is the considerable improvements in facilitating processing of PUR adhesives and a high quality finish. The Lumina series also offers the option of its Ltronic unit, Holzhers laser alternative for processing all co-extruded and  “Laser Edging” on the market for a perfect “Zero Joint” finish.
