Small to large furniture industries, are experiencing a rapid increase in demand from customers of batch size 1 production, and this is posing great challenges for machinery manufacturers.

With the new HPS 320 Flextec, HOLZMA takes a radically different approach and presents a cutting concept adapted to the manufacture of batch size 1 production, according to customer specifications.

HPS 320 Flextec completes individual cutting processes as if it were mass production. With no manual handling, the process is extremely quick and efficient. This is achieved by fully automated cycles and a revolutionary transfer system individually tailored to the respective production process and the material to be cut. All with very low maintenance requirements.

Multiple cuts can be fully completed automatically, with flexibly and without limitations. In addition, through fully automatic intelligent processes, this cutting cell is able to significantly reduce the amount of waste generated in production of batch size 1.
