ITALY – Salice, a global leader in furniture fittings and hinges, has announced the acquisition of Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian company specialising in aluminium-based sliding systems for furniture, interior doors, and shower enclosures.
This strategic move reinforces Salice’s long-term consolidation strategy and its ambition to become the leading premium hardware supplier for the furniture industry worldwide. The acquisition combines innovation-driven organic growth with targeted acquisitions, expanding the company’s global footprint.
By integrating Villes, Salice will enhance its portfolio of sliding systems, complementing its existing Bortoluzzi brand with patented, customisable, and easy-to-install solutions. The deal opens new opportunities for product innovation and synergy, aiming to deliver even greater value and service for customers around the world.

Since June 2022, Salice has been majority-owned by Cobepa. The group is globally recognised for its premium furniture fittings, including hinges, lift systems, drawer runners, internal drawers, and sliding systems.
