USA –   The International Woodworking Fair (IWF) confirmed the launch of IWF West, an all-new trade show and conference to be held August 25–27, 2027, at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Designed as a mid-cycle addition to the biennial Atlanta show, IWF West will target both the growing southwestern U.S. market and IWF’s national customer base.

The three-day event will feature manufacturers from IWF Atlanta alongside first-time exhibitors, with a program of educational sessions and networking activities tailored to wood products technology and design.

According to IWF research, 56% of Atlanta exhibitors supported the concept of IWF West, while 63% of attendees from IWF 2024 expressed strong interest. Exhibitors welcomed the San Antonio venue and shorter format, highlighting its accessibility and convenience.

Both IWF Atlanta and IWF West are sponsored by the Wood Industry Association (WIA) and produced by Atlanta-based IWF.
