COLOMBIA –    The twelfth edition of La Feria De Diseño Medellín, powered by imm cologne, will take place from September 18 to 20, 2025, in Medellín, Colombia. Under the theme “Design for Well-being”, the fair will bring together more than 230 brands from furniture, kitchens, architecture, interior design, lighting, technology, wellness, and outdoor living.

As a platform for innovation and business, supported by Koelnmesse’s global expertise, the event consolidates Medellín as a design hub for Latin America and the Caribbean while showcasing global trends.

The academic program will feature over 45 international speakers, including Jairo Vives (Pininfarina of America), Eugeni Quitllet, Juan Montoya, Martin Jasper, Carmen Barasona, and Jorge Uribe (Foster + Partners), who will share perspectives on design’s transformative role.

In addition, the Business Matchmaking Forum will connect exhibitors with buyers, while Creadores, curated by WantedDesign (New York), will highlight new Colombian talent. Experiences such as the Materials Lab, Cosmo Kids, and more than 35 satellite events across Medellín will extend the fair’s impact throughout the city.

“Design for well-being is not a trend but a necessity. Every object, space, and decision affects how we feel,” said Eddy Carmona, founder of La Feria De Diseño.

Design is also a growing economic driver in Colombia, contributing an average of 3% to GDP between 2014 and 2022, according to DANE. Since 2021, Koelnmesse has co-organized the fair, expanding its reach internationally.
