TURKEY –  Kastamonu Entegre, a global brand in the wood-based panel industry, strengthened its market position by climbing to 61st place in the Capital 500 — the annual ranking published by Capital magazine listing the 500 largest private companies in Turkey by revenue.

The company leads its sector in the country and continues stable, innovation- and sustainability-driven growth, posting a 2024 turnover of TRY 65.6 billion (EUR 1.87 billion), exporting to more than 100 countries across six continents, offering innovative products, and producing clean energy equivalent to the annual needs of 100,000 homes.

With 56 years of experience, Kastamonu Entegre has an annual production capacity of over 7 million m³, ranking third in Europe and fourth worldwide in MDF and particleboard manufacturing. It operates five plants in Turkey and production sites in six other countries, with exports exceeding USD 330 million.

The company has built one of the industry’s largest production networks through integrated investments in Italy, Russia, Bulgaria, and Romania. In laminate flooring, it accounts for 7% of global production.

On sustainability, Kastamonu Entegre generates clean energy through biomass and solar plants, and has launched innovative products such as decorative boards made from coffee grounds and the 100% bio-based PureBoard. It has also implemented a 100% recycled production model in Turkey and Romania, aiming to reintroduce 300,000 tons of wood waste annually into the economy.
