DENMARK –  Kronospan Denmark announced that on July 1, 2025, it finalized the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Nordalim A/S from Dynea A/S, making it the sole owner of the Denmark-based chemical producer.

The strategic move underscores Kronospan’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the chemical sector, particularly in the wood panel and construction industries. Nordalim A/S will now be fully integrated into Kronospan’s global operations to support its long-term growth strategy.
