Lowe’s Completes Acquisition of Artisan Design

USA –  Lowe’s Companies, Inc. has officially completed the acquisition of Artisan Design Group (ADG), a nationwide leader in the design, distribution, and installation of interior surface finishes for homebuilders and property managers across the U.S.

Ellison, Chairman, President and CEO of Lowe’s. “ADG has built an industry-leading position through consistent execution and outstanding customer service, earning strong satisfaction scores from top homebuilders.”

Lowe’s emphasized that this strategic acquisition will accelerate growth in the Pro customer segment and enable the company to expand into a complementary distribution channel within a highly fragmented market estimated at around USD 50 billion.

With fiscal year 2024 sales exceeding USD 83 billion, Lowe’s remains one of the leading home improvement retailers in the world., operating more than 1,700 stores and employing approximately 300,000 associates, while serving around 16 million customer transactions weekly.
