THAILAND – Siempelkamp has been chosen by S.Kijchai Enterprise Public Company Ltd., a top Southeast Asian wood-based panel producer, to supply a new MDF plant at its Rayong headquarters in Thailand.
This will be S.Kijchai’s third MDF plant, boosting its production capacity to 500,000 m³.
Ordered in May 2024, the new plant will feature Siempelkamp’s advanced ContiRoll forming and press line in an 8′ x 52.1 m format, an upgrade from the Generation 9i unveiled at LIGNA 2023.
Key features include the Adaptive Forming System for precise mat weight distribution and the EcoScan NEO fly system for optimizing distribution.

Siempelkamp supplies complete plants for the production of wood-based panels such as particleboard, MDF, OSB, LVL, doorskins and wood-fiber insulation boards.
