GERMANY – During the Ligna Preview 2015, the traditional meeting between exhibitors and international trade press held last January 29 in Hanover, Biesse explained its plans as a leader of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Biesse-201502 “A revolution that aims to bring together the high output numbers seen in the assembly chain with the tailor-made value of artisan production” said Raphael Prati, the Director of Marketing and Communications for Biesse Group. “Now machines communicate amongst themselves via automation systems and dialogue software and they are able to make ‘digital factories 4.0’: Biesse is at the service of this revolution, right away”.

In over 3700 square meters of exhibition area (+ 59% compared to Ligna 2013), Biesse will consolidate its presence to the important German trade fair scheduled from next 11st to 15th May: automation will be the undisputed core concept of the show. Large integrated systems, 30 machines for working panels and solid wood and new software modules able to simplify the management of even the most complex and advanced technological solutions are the Biesse answer to the growing need – of both large industries and also small and medium-sized woodworking companies – to multiply performance and increase competitiveness, allowing production of customized goods and improving the production process.
