BRAZIL – Impress Decor, a specialist in decorative surfaces for panels, furniture, and flooring, is investing BRL 30 million USD 5.4 million) to expand its operations in Araucária, Paraná.
This includes building a new Design Center, set to open in early 2025 as part of the company’s 25th anniversary celebrations in Brazil. The 800m² center will feature product displays, meeting rooms, event spaces, and a content creation studio, aiming to enhance client and partner interactions and showcase Impress Decor’s design focus.
The project faces challenges such as preserving existing trees and adapting to the site’s wet soil, requiring innovative design solutions. André Suchodolak, Impress Decor’s project engineer, highlights the goal of creating a functional, sustainable space that integrates with the natural environment.
Marciel Nogaroto, Impress Decor’s president in Brazil, emphasizes that the Design Center will be a unique venue in South America for product launches and client collaboration. Additionally, Impress Decor plans to bring an exclusive scanner from Europe to Brazil, which will streamline local product development.
To meet growing demand, Impress Decor is also expanding its printing capacity with a new line, set to launch in August. This investment will boost production and offer a wider range of high-quality designs, aligning with the expected growth in the Latin American construction and furniture markets. Nogaroto underscores the significance of these investments for the company’s future and the Brazilian market.
