AUSTRIA – The Egger Group, one of the main wooden panel manufacturers in the world, reported a turnover of EUR 4.13 billion for the 2023/2024 financial year, reflecting a challenging economic environment.

Despite a 7.1% decrease from the previous year and an 18.1% drop in EBITDA, the company made significant strides in strategic growth and climate protection. Notable achievements include opening a new plant in Markt Bibart, acquiring a stake in Thailand’s Panel Plus, and advancing its Net Zero climate strategy.

The company remains committed to sustainable growth, investing EUR 568.6 million across its operations and expanding its recycling network.

Egger’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and strategic partnerships, alongside the dedication of its 11,000 employees, reinforces its resilience and ability to navigate these turbulent times.
