Changes at the helm of Masisa Andina

CHILE – Jaime Valenzuela, CEO of Masisa Andina, is leaving the company with effect from 31 March 2015. From 1 April 2015, the post will be assumed by Marcos Bicudo, who since February 2013 serves as Corporate Business Development Manager.

Jaime Valenzuela Marcos Bicudo With a history of over 33 years in Masisa, Valenzuela had a prominent role in the internationalization of Masisa in the early nineties, with the creation of Masisa Argentina in 1992, where he served as CEO until 2007. Later, he contributed significantly assuming the lead of regional offices of different countries and in the last period successfully led the competitive transformation of Masisa Chile, and the formation and leadership of Masisa Andina.

Prior to joining Masisa, Bicudo occupied management positions at Philips Latin America 2009-2012; Amanco Mercosur 2005-2009; and SC Johnson Portugal from 1999 to 2004.
