Sadepan reiterates its commitment to sustainable development

ARGENTINA – Sadepan Latinoamericana SA, particleboard manufacturer with production facilities in Entre Rios, Argentina reiterates its commitment to sustainable development by achieving the “V6-0 Recycled Content” certification granted by SCS Global Services.
This certification guarantees that all particle board, water resistant boards, melamine boards produced by Sadepan are composed of at least 58% post-consumer wood waste from other industrial processes of the forest/industrial sector. 
 
With this certification Sadepan is in line with the global trend of green building by providing certified boards that grant LEED credits (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) required by construction companies that decide to undertake sustainable buildings projects with LEED USGBC certification. 
 
The new SCS Global Services:2014 certification, adds to those already obtained by Sadepan Latinoamericana in the areas of Quality, ISO 9001:2008; Environment, ISO 14001:2004 and Occupational Health and Safety, OHSAS 18001:2007.
