USA – MasterBrand,  the nation’s largest kitchen cabinet manufacturer, has announced its acquisition of Supreme Cabinetry Brands, Inc. for USD 520 million.

This move marks a significant expansion for MasterBrand, enhancing its presence in the premium kitchen and bath cabinetry market. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
