SWITZERLAND – Ikea has inaugurated its tenth furniture store in Switzerland: The Riddes branch in Valais is the most modern Ikea store in Switzerland. With approximately 23,000 square meters of retail space spread across two floors, customers will discover a wide array of inspiration, personalized advice, and over 7,400 Ikea products.

The Riddes furniture store underscores Ikea’s commitment to its brick-and-mortar retail locations. “Our furniture stores are and remain an essential pillar of our success,” Bisset explained. “Being close to our customers has provided invaluable insights into their evolving needs. A zero-waste concept, including dedicated recycling stations, extensive green spaces on-site and on the roof, excellent public transport access, 22 electric vehicle charging stations, and a rooftop photovoltaic system, underscore this commitment.
