ITALY – SCM Group, a global leader in woodworking machinery and technology, has announced that Fabrizio Anzalone will take over as manager of its subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, and Mexico starting May 6.
Anzalone, who has extensive experience at SCM, particularly in the woodworking division, has recently managed the subsidiary in France and boasts a distinguished career in global markets including Europe, the United States, and Brazil.
Upon accepting his new role, Anzalone said, “It’s an honor to lead the North American Region. The company aims to grow and increase market share through new partnerships and technologies, while focusing on customer service. This market is crucial for SCM Group’s development; I will continue the excellent work of my predecessor, Giuseppe Riva.”
Anzalone plans to build on Riva’s initiatives with support from the SCM North American team to further promote growth. His leadership in France, which doubled sales revenues, demonstrates his capability to revitalize the organization.
Holding a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Turin Polytechnic, Anzalone brings a deep technical and strategic understanding, essential for leading SCM’s expansion in North America.
With offices in Duluth, GA; Carson, CA; Ontario, Canada; and Guadalajara Mexico, SCM North America coordinates the distribution and support of the SCM product line to woodworking companies of all sizes in the US, Canada and Mexico.
