REGION – Businesses related to the furniture industry continue to grow in Latin America.
This is evidenced by the events of this week where Homecenter Sodimac, the home improvement chain of the Falabella Group had an opening in Colombia, as well as the Placacentro Masisa network, with a new store in Bolivia.
On Thursday November 28, the home improvement chain Sodimac Homecenter opened its 31st store Colombia, this time located in Rionegro, Antioquia. With this opening Sodimac completes 140 home improvement stores in the 4 countries of the region where it operates: Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia.
Also Masisa, with its Placacentro network opened on Friday the 29th a store in La Paz, the third in Bolivia – it is already present in Cochabamba and Santa Cruz- completing more than 330 Placacentro stores, a network that offers products and services for carpenters and furniture makers in 11 countries of the region (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela).
