AUSTRIA – Michael Egger is withdrawing from the supervisory board of the company.

On August 27, 2022, he turned 75 years old. For many years he was responsible for the company’s sales and marketing. In 2009 he joined the supervisory board and since then has advised the group management of the wood-based materials manufacturer on strategic issues.

At the same time, a new chapter in the history of the family business begins: Michael Egger jun. joined the Egger group management and is now responsible for sales and marketing

Egger is one of the largest global producers of wood-based panel products. Egger has 20 production sites globally located in Europe (Austria, Germany, France, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, Russia and Turkey) and the Americas (Argentina and the United States).
