CHILE (Notifix).-After a year and a half of hard work, ARAUCO’s Forestry Business launched an unprecedented Development Plan for Contractor Companies, in order to strengthen the company’s suppliers through a development model that incorporates world class management standards.

This means that these companies will be able to provide highly professional knowledge-intensive services and technologies, becoming more competent, competitive and able to offer top performance solutions.

This program is crucial to face ARAUCO’s estimated growth by 2020, since it will lay the foundation to Grow Well and add greater value to the company, its Forestry Business workers, forestry services companies and nearby communities.

The Development Plan for Contractor Companies was launched on May 2 in the city of Concepción, Chile, and was attended by 30 businessmen in forest harvesting. The program’s development and implementation is headed by ARAUCO’s Human Resources Management for the Forestry Business, with the support of Chile Foundation.
