AUSTRIA – Changes in the top management body of the wood-based materials manufacturer Egger Group: Walter Schiegl will move from group management to the supervisory board on May 1, 2022 after more than 20 years.
He is succeeded by Hannes Mitterweissacher, who has also been with the Egger Group for over 25 years.
In addition, the group management will be supplemented by Frank Bölling, who will be responsible for logistics in the future. Egger is reacting to the potential and developments in the area of internal and external logistics, according to its own statement.
Together with Thomas Leissing and Ulrich Bühler, Hannes Mitterweissacher and Frank Bölling will form the Egger Group’s new management team in the future.
The position of the group leader Frank Bölling, who will be responsible for logistics in the future, will also be created on May 1, 2022.
Previously, Thomas Leissing was responsible for this area, in addition to finance and administration. He will focus on these two areas in the future and will continue to act as spokesman for the group management. Frank Bölling has been with the Egger Group since 2019 and is currently Head of the Logistics Egger Decorative Products East division.
