BRAZIL (Notifix).- Movelsul Brazil, Latin America’s most important furniture and accessories fair,  reaches its 19th edition in 2014. 

Within five days of the fair, exhibitors from across the country will gather in Bento Gonçalves to present novelties aimed at the new Brazilian middle class. Organizers expected the exhibition to generate USD 300 million in business in a 12-month horizon.

The show has already sold 98 % of the spaces and expects to receive more than 38,000 visitors. In the last edition, that took place in 2012, the event generated USD 360 million in business, 10% above expectations. However, the economic slowdown and its effects in consumption, has taken Movelsul to reduce its forecast for the 19th edition.

Movelsul will take place from march 24-28 at the Bento Gonçalves Exhibition Park. The segmentation of exhibitors by product type, initiated in 2012, will continue.
