GERMANY – The Hettich Group is also experiencing the effects of the global corona pandemic and is aware of its great responsibility in this situation.

For this reason, the necessary measures were taken immediately at all the Hettich sites to effectively protect the health of the 6,700 employees worldwide.

The Hettich Group adheres strictly to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments and gives regular updates to its employees on all issues and developments relating to Covid-19.

From Week 13, the Hettich Group has also introduced short-time working in some areas. In spite of all these restrictions, the Hettich Group has so far succeeded in maintaining production and logistics at almost the usual level and making deliveries to its customers without any disruptions.

The Hettich Group will continue to do everything in its power to supply its customers and provide them with the familiar, reliable service.

Due to the increasing dynamics with which Covid-19 is spreading worldwide, it is currently impossible to estimate how the overall situation will develop. The Hettich Group is therefore in a permanent exchange of information with its suppliers in order to get a detailed picture of the supply situation, and to be able to react to further developments. Should the supply situation nevertheless deteriorate, the affected customers will be informed as early as possible in order to jointly seek possible solutions and keep the effects as low as possible.
