BRAZIL – Todeschini, one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Latin America, received the MESC Institute Award – 100 Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction 2019.
The third edition of the Prize took place on September 2 at the Frei Caneca Theater, in São Paulo.
“The award celebrates the brand’s premise of serving well and we are very happy,” says Nereu Conzatti, commercial director. Todeschini is an 80 year old brand constantly evolving, seeking innovation to offer customers technologies and different solutions in finishes and premium trends, which transform the furniture designed to the needs of each client.
“We value the customer experience and build our history always in this direction,” says Nereu.
This new award reinforces Todeschini’s commitment to consumer confidence and satisfaction and joins other important awards. The company was once considered the best company to work for in the country and for five consecutive years it was recognized as the most remembered custom furniture brand in the Brazilian market by Amanhã magazine Top Mobile Awards.
The survey that selects the Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction 2019, conducted by the MESC Institute, is carried out throughout the year. Customers evaluate the products and services they have bought or used in the last 12 months.
The data is based on more than 1.5 million opinions of more than 400 thousand consumers throughout Brazil, who answered a questionnaire with 30 affirmative questions, 7 demographic questions and 2 open essay questions that assess the dimensions: Service, Execution Power and Value.
More than 6500 companies were evaluated in 42 market segments. This is one of the most valued customer satisfaction awards in the country.
