AUSTRIA – On September 3rd of this year, 82 boys and 13 girls started their training in the high-tech apprenticeships offered by Blum.

The training takes place at the main training locations Höchst and Dornbirn as well as the location Fußach. Including those already enrolled, a total of 360 apprentices – 19 of them at the American subsidiary Blum USA – are apprentices this fall.

At the beginning of the Blum training is the traditional, three-day introductory workshop. Here, the young people can get to know each other better, know their trainers and grow together as a team. The new apprentices also come into contact with Blum’s products during this workshop.

Blum’s training offer includes eight apprenticeships: Electrical, Mechanical and Process Engineering, Machining and Design, Materials, Plastics and Tooling. With state-of-the-art training places at various locations in Vorarlberg and the USA as well as an advanced machine park and numerous committed trainers, the hardware specialist creates optimal conditions for the high-tech training of young people interested in technology.
