SPAIN - Grass Iberia celebrates the 10th anniversary of its hardware distribution operations from the Austrian headquarters.

In recent years, from this logistics center located in the Biscayan town of Iurreta, the Grass Gmbh subsidiary for Spain and Portugal has built up a warehouse with state-of-the-art technological operation.

The supply chain is integrated into the ERP, as automation is indispensable for organizations that hope to remain competitive. Order picking is digitized.  When an order request comes in, they get to work and are ready within 24 hours. Large companies use software to get reports and complete orders as efficiently as possible.

Through technology and remote access, they can follow, in real time, the execution of operations in the warehouses. Customers can now access the facilities virtually thanks to its virtual showroom.

Eduardo Urquijo, General Manager of Grass Iberia, indicates that the key to success in recent years and the value that most stands out in this team of 16 people is undoubtedly the human factor.
