MÉXICO - Domus Line and Chapas y Maderas Importadas S.A. (CYMISA), its long-standing Mexican premium partner, have recently consolidated their strategic collaboration by founding Domus Line Internacional.

 A newco that sees the two important entities joining forces to preside over and expand the lighting device market dedicated to the furniture sector in the LATAM area.

"With Domus Line Internacional we want to bring the best furniture lighting design to the whole of Latin America. The collaboration with Domus Line, a leader in this sector, is strategic and aims to increase our market presence and arouse interest in products that combine design and innovation,” says Carlos Cook, CEO of the new company.

The site is strategically located in Toluca, Mexico, and integrates operational, technical-sales and logistics departments. It will soon also include a production area for the customisation of linear luminaires, in a bid to offer customers a ‘to-the-millimetre’ service. This production hub will in fact ensure flexibility and shorter delivery times in all the markets it covers.

The partnership’s well-established presence in more than ten countries in the region is the basis for expanding its presidium to the rest of the Latin American region and increasing market share through Domus Line Internacional, the first and only manufacturer of luminaires for furniture manufacturers in Central and South America.
